Women’s Leadership Development

The Emerging Leadership Program for Women’s Leadership Development is designed for women who are preparing to take their first step into leadership or who have strong career ambitions, with the goal of nurturing the next generation of female leaders.

Through facilitator-led lectures, group discussions, role-playing, and skill-building sessions, the program encourages collaboration while providing practical skills and knowledge necessary for leadership growth.

Allyship

The Allyship Program encourages participants to reflect on their own privilege and biases in order to better understand and support individuals who belong to underrepresented or marginalized groups within the organization. Participants also learn about the systemic and cultural barriers faced by people from diverse backgrounds.

While the program primarily targets men and focuses on advancing gender equality, it is open to all genders and provides opportunities to deepen understanding through dialogue from diverse perspectives.
